Staff Profiles
Eric DuBois, Vice President:
Eric joined Greenskeeper Environmental in March 2008, bringing over 25 year’s industry experience to the company. His responsibilities include business development & client relations, operations management, personnel development, and overall quality control. Eric began as a crewman and worked towards becoming an accomplished stone mason for a high-end residential company through the 1980’s. He spent the last 15 years as an Operational Vice President overseeing large-scale commercial landscape contracting and construction. He is also a Certified Landscape Technician.
Steve Garris, Estimator
Steve joined Greenskeeper Environmental in March 2009, bringing over 30 year’s industry experience to the company. His duties include estimating, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations. Steve began in turf as a Lawn Specialist in 1978, but rapidly progressed to serve as Branch Manager, then Regional Agronomist with technical responsibility for more than 35 branches nationwide. His transition to landscape began in 1986 providing experience in design & installation of landscapes and hardscapes, reforestation, wetlands mitigation, interior scapes, and large-scale commercial landscape installation and maintenance. Past certifications include Maryland State Certified Pesticide Applicator and Professional Horticulturist. Steve served the last seven years as Senior Estimator for a multi-million dollar landscape company.
Karen Key, Purchaser
Karen joined Greenskeeper Environmental in May 2006, bringing over 15 year’s industry experience to the company. Her main focus is purchasing but she also has experience in contract administration and office management.
Nipa Neuhaus, Office Manager
Nipa joined Greenskeeper Environmental in January 2008. She is responsible for day to day office operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
